Before Your Session
Booking Intake

You're booked, thank you. This is where the real work starts, before we even sit down together.

I get the best results in conversation, unfiltered. This intake is a starting point, not a script. Answer honestly, don't polish it, we'll go wherever it needs to go from there.

Part One: Your Chart

What is your sun, moon, and rising sign?

If you don't know, your birth date, time, and location is enough, I'll work it out from there.

Is there anything about your chart you already know and want me to be aware of?

A placement that has always confused you, a transit you're currently in, something a reading or astrologer has told you that stuck.

Part Two: Your Grip

When things get hard, what do you actually do? What do you reach for? What do you avoid?

What is the story you tell yourself most often about why things aren't working?

Now, only if you already have a guess: what's your Grip?

Fine if you don't know, or aren't sure you've got it right. A lot of people think they're one type and turn out to be another once someone actually looks at the pattern underneath it.

Part Three: Your Body

Have you worked with a therapist or any somatic or brain-based modalities: EMDR, brainspotting, IFS, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, ketamine-assisted therapy, or anything similar?

You don't need to have. I'm asking because it tells me where your nervous system is and how deep we can go.

What does your body do when you're afraid, when you're activated, when something is wrong but you can't name it yet?

Part Four: The Moment

Before your session, pull a single card, if you have a deck or an app to pull from. Don't overthink it.

What did you pull, and what was your first reaction to it, not what the card means, what you felt when you saw it. If you don't have a deck at all, leave this blank, I'll pull one for you.

What is the question you most want answered?

The real one, not the polite version.

What are you afraid the cards might say?

The last question is always the most important one.

I read every intake before I read a single card.
